When wiring the temperature controller, it is necessary to check the relevant voltage, current, and other issues of the wiring power supply in advance.

1. The fuse on the rear panel of the temperature controller should be checked for integrity. 2. Check whether the wiring terminal of the temperature controller fan is active or passive (active: refers to the fan wiring terminal that can output a voltage of 220VAC/10A when starting the fan, and the fan can be directly connected to the wiring terminal; passive: refers to the fan wiring terminal that is equivalent to a switch, and the fan must be connected to an external power source to start the fan). 3. Check if the fan is faulty (it can be determined by checking the DC resistance of each fan with a multimeter).

On site, connect the power cord, sensing cord, and fan cord to the temperature controller, and observe when powered on: if the three-phase temperature display is basically balanced, there is no fault alarm, and the overtemperature alarm indicator light and trip indicator light go out, press the "Manual/Automatic" button on the panel by hand. If the fan indicator light is on, the fan should start and then press the "Manual/Automatic" button. The fan indicator light will light up and go out, and the fan should stop rotating at this time, It can be basically judged that the temperature controller is working normally.
